newborns can wear it yes...up to about 6 months or so even.. depending on the length of baby...see measurements in picture for best idea

I have the same one for my son. The tag on mine says 0-9 months.

This is stamped/tagged inside OS (ONE SIZE).
I feel these are best for little ones not crawling or if you plan to change/dress early as they cannot do much wearing them. Excellent to sleep in warmly though. :-)
