A scavenger hunt has all the makings of an excellent family or kids activity. Everyone gets to participate whether it is an individual activity or it is done with teams.
One Thanksgiving as my sons were bored and needing something to do. I realized a scavenger hunt would be fantastic and creative. I printed out some picture cards and made a list. The whole family took turns hiding the picture cards while others looked for them. Now we do the same thing on rainy days, bored Sundays, etc. Good fun!
