Thanks rayrussellburg...I was curious about the google play app store cause I already have a lot of the free games downloaded and some game subscriptions that I've paid for and wouldn't want to lose lol.

im not sure about the googe play app. im sure you would have it compatable. i know you can download many apps through windows. A bit of information you could look into.. if you take the program name (example) microsoft word 2012. type it so it looks like: microsoftword2012. NO SPACES and then put.apk..so microsoftword2012.apk. type that into a google search. for any app. apk is that software for free...

Can it be used with straight talk? Straight talk says you can switch any phone to them by buying a SIM card so I was curious if you knew if this phone could be switched....does it have the google play app store?

Some Info on this phone:
I have the same phone so I can answer some of these questions:

1. YES it will use WIFI.
2. The phone interface is smooth as silk.
3. YES it can be used with straight talk.
4. This phone is a WINDOWS phone meaning it has Microsoft Windows installed on it.
5. There are apps for it but I haven't found very many that were worth the price they are asking for them. I have not purchased ANY apps for mine.
6. It takes an AWESOME picture. I think around 5 Megapixel. I actually have a picture of a rainbow I took with mine and the rainbow showed up perfectly.
7. It has GPS

The ONLY difference between contract and prepaid with ATT is the SIM card. You an put a prepaid SIM in ANY contract phone for ATT and it becomes pre-paid. This phone is readily convertable to straight talk also.

I see the questions are piling up again so again I will help and post some info on this phone, even though it may cost me the auction.
1. This phone is 3G.
2. This phone DOES have WiFi
3. This phone is FACTORY unlocked and CAN be used on any GSM network by simply inserting the sim card for that network and changing the APN settings.
4. This phone has BOTH front camera (unknown megapixel) and REAR camera (5 megapixel) WITH FLASH.
5. This is a WINDOWS phone. I has Microsoft WINDOWS installed on it.
6. This phone has a silky smooth interface. and I MEAN smooth.
7. This phone HAS GPS that is NON-tower assisted.
