This Hat is a Cookie Monster inspired Hat. Its hand crochet by me made with 100% acrylic red heart yearn. This hat will fit 5T to preteen unless they have a bigger head.

It might fit a 13 year old it has some strech to it . The hat fits me and im in my 30's.
