usually you need a developer, and most colorlines have thier own, other than that you could use it as a temporary color refresher but it probably wont last long.

no u dnt its a stain.i used 2 work at salon.its a temporary semi permanent stain u brush right on hair and leave for about 25 min and rinse and it will rinse out in about 2 weeks.hop that helps
