I am a smoker but they have been stored in my bedroom closet and there is no smoking in my home. I hope that answers your question.

im not sure. i dont know whats considered a plus size but they have an elastic waist band but im a medium and they used to fit me pretty good so id say anywhere from a size 8-10 would be a good fit. i hope that answers your question.

they are all pretty short. id consider them mini skirts so they come about mid thigh.
