Dynex router for wifi... Works awesome I just don't need it! Sorry I don't know much more about it... I don't have the original box or paperwork but it does come with the applicable cords shown in the photo.

Its fairly easy. Plug your internet feed in or connect to your modem using the included cord... plug router into power source with included cord. Use the information from the manufacturers website http://www.dynexproducts.com/products/computer-accessories/DX-WGRTR.html?supportTab=open to load the driver and finish setup.

The package weighs 15 ounces or about 1 pound. I use http://postcalc.usps.com/ to calculate from my zip 64060 to yours. Priority mail will be about $5.50 and comes with free delivery confirmation if you pay through PayPal at the end of the auction. If you pay another method then I charge the Post Office price of $5.50 plus $0.85 for delivery confirmation. Thanks!
