Hello :) I've perfected these pumpkin bars and will share this with the winner. They are the perfect bar consistency, not cakey, and the icing (no stovetop required!) delicious. I made a pan again this week and between my hubby "sampling" them an the kids, the whole thing was gone as usual by morning (plus the kids had a blast decorating them, will also include a few fun tips for this).Makes a great holiday treat, a fun project, or even just something yummy to snack on.
