The bottom of the heel, the part that is green, actually comes out so that if they get too worn down down you can put in the second ones. And I love these shoes too, they just ended up being a little too big for me. Lol

I went on a website called justfab.com it's a lot of shoes but they have her shoes and other things too. It's actually really great.
