you do not get credits until item is received.i see u r new so what happens is u send item click item sent on the page and the winner claims when they get the item and you get the credits then.if they do not say when they receive it then you automatically get credits in 2o days.some bidders will release your credits right away but not many due to scammers on here that steal your credits and do not ship item.just thought id let u know cuz it was confusing for me at first also..good luck!!!
