This is a LULUPINK Black Heart quilted jacket!! Tag says XXS measurements are
6.5" down the back(n/i collar)
8.25" with collar +.75" with the fur
6.5" center of back between the back straps
5" back straps
and the collar straps fit a 20oz soda bottle
This has been worn but my puppy is too big for it now. Still in good condition. This will fit a small(stress SMALL)maybe even tiny dog or puppy with a 8" neck and about 11" tummy or chest area.
It is Black Satin with pink thread Hearts quilted from top to bottom, the lining is pink fleece with pink fur around the collar. It has velcro on both the collar and back straps. I have pets in my home so they may be fur on it and I ocassionally have friends that come to my home that smoke.
This has been worn and may have a scent of smoke on it. IT does have the care labels on it, that say to spot clean.
