Eight Inch Waist Trimmer - Once size fits most. I'm sorry I didn't think to post that part. That's the size 8 in. And you wrap it around your waist when you walk, exercise, etc. Makes you sweat and burn more calories because you are sweating. :) Never been used.

*Soon as I get the winners address verified my listia I mail the item unless of course a family emergency comes. I don't want to be getting Harped at that my item isn't here a few days later when everyone knows the post office has been slow and been closing a lot of Monday's and Saturday's where I live and will be getting worse with po. So I ship my stuff soon at the po opens that morning. I'm shipping this stuff FREE and do the listians a favor and getting their stuff mailed on time. So I can't control how soon the po gets your things to you. If you have a problem with not getting the stuff WAM BAM give the post office the lectures. Not me. Can you be a little more specific as to what your item is? How does it work? What do you do with it? You say "Eight Inch Waist Trimmer" Does that mean a person can lose 8 inches from their waist? I am really showing my ignorance... LOL.

I have one that my mom got for me from Avon. I have the curve's shorts too but I don't wear them anymore. They actually dehydrate you cause they make you sweat.

Yes you got to be careful with them too. In summer time I don't wear mine. That's why. :( I sweat enough then. Lol
