is it from a company or handmade/ hand painted?

not sure , there is a glazing over it, the bottom is hollowed, no markings.

it may be hand painted from a company production,there is a glazing over her so she is a finished product. she is hollowed from the bottom,without any markings.it was given to me so i dont know much about her.she is in very good condition,a few small flaws only noticed if inspected,otherwise great shape.
