It is knee length to me and I am 5'3
Armpit to armpit is 16 1/2
waist is about 28"
hips about 34"
total length about 35" from shoulder to tip of skirt

i measured it laying flat on the floor and I just now pulled on it and yes it does stretch some, should have no problems stretching only 2 inches
