Can be used by any touch tone phone. Instructions on back of card on how to use them. Will work for a pay phone - which is nice to have in case of emergency (when your cell is dead or you left it at home). Can be used by inmates if calling from a payphone or landline.

I'd just like to say that this would be an amazing auction to win as I'm part of a group that sends care packages to soldiers away from their homes and these phone cards are always wanted!
