The listing, Vintage Handmade Quilt has ended.

Up for bid is a antique/vintage quilt that we have had in storage from an estate. As you can see it is in excellent condition. It measures 72 x 84 and there are no rips or tears that could be found. The last picture does show a slight yellow stain which we have not tried to clean. Not sure if this is a spill or where it was folded but it is hard to detect unless you are close up and looking for it.. Would recommend dry cleaning.

Wonderful!! Just wanted to let you&the lucky winner know- there are some great products available to safely&gently remove yellowing & clean vintage textiles,one of which is called Restore & is available mail ordered thru Keepsake Quilting. It is a bit pricey but works amazingly well on fabrics & doilies. I do quilt & have never seen the borders done like this on a Grandmothers Flower Garden before-I'll be tucking this into my memory! Just Beautiful!!

thanks...I have more I'm getting to that are just as pretty and as good condition. Hope it does well here...not really an expert on quilts but family member collected and made them...appreciate any feedback on listing them.
