This listing is for 10 rolls of mini-deco tape (seller's choice). All rolls are NEW.. UNUSED and adorable :)

Images shown are examples/samplings of what you'll receive should you win. Basket is NOT included, and remember, it's only 10 rolls - NOT everything shown! :)

IF you use the GiN or the bids go over 8999 credits then I'll also include a brand NEW and UNUSED *medium* roll of Kawaii Deco tape. What a steal!

The word "kawaii" is Japanese for "cute" and these days it's a very specific "cute". For Kawaii collectors, there are certain brands such as San-X, Sanrio (sometimes), MindWave, Kamio... that count as Kawaii while Hello Kitty from Target is NOT Kawaii... it's a huge industry that doesn't come cheap for sure.

Was "Hello Kitty" ever considered to be kawaii??like back in the early 80's when she wad VERY expensive and hard to come by? I'm still trying to figure our what this Kawaii stuff is (some of the other comments WERE helpful) I make jewelry as well as other craft type things, scarfs, crocheted bags, and I think incorporating the Kawaii stuff into it all might bring in a whole other demographic of buyers!?!

Hello Kitty is considered Kawaii IF it's original HK almost always purchased directly from Sanrio (stores or website) and/or Japan. MOST Kawaii collectors that I know have little to no interest in Hello Kitty anymore. It's so hard to say "I collect Hello Kitty" and not be bombarded with the stuff you can buy at Walmart and Target.
I try to explain kawaii as "Hello Kitty on crack". Some Kawaii brands that us collectors stick to are Sanrio (some), San-X, Kamio, Mindwave, Crux ... :D
