If bidding goes over 10000 credits than the serial-numbered card at the 10000 mark will be either autographed or game-used

So for example if the credits at the end of the auction is 4671 points the winner will get 4 cards to 99 or lower, 6 cards to 999 or lower and 7 other numbered cards
