I was just letting you know Tia I didn't want you to think that you're getting something or to have gotten something that somebody else bid on it wouldn't be fair he didn't do a gin because he is not able to he doesn't have enough feedback. also just because he messaged you and said he was going to go to doesn't make it possible he has to go through with listia rules which states he has to pay credits for doing a gin. I wanted you to know because you're new to the site I wasn't doing this to step on anybody's toes and its anybodys who have enough credits not yours just because you think it is or because he told you it is because he didn't know

I really hope that people will just flag this seller's auction! You CANNOT offer to a GIN when you don't have the correct badges and then you CANNOT say that the auction is closed when it's not! I think you really need to read the Listia Rules BEFORE posting another auction & offering to do things that you can't!!! Before putting in a bid, people really need to open their eyes & LOOK!!! Look at the whole auction & at the seller's profile to see their feedback (if they have any!) and if you think that it looks too good to be true or the seller is offering to do things that they can't do, then don't bid!!! Just run the other way!! I realize that some are really desperate but get real!! You really need to use some common sense on here & when placing bids on auctions!!!

how is tia even gunna be able to send u her credits if she isnt the highest bidder? whats gunna happen is if u go through with that the highest bidder is not going to get their win, theyll have to dispute, wait for their credits to return, file negative feedback, all becuz u wanted to give somebody the mp3 before auctions ends. Also i had seen her commenting on a sony mp3 player listing, just fyi. so to make things good again, u should just play by the rules and let the auction finish and the winner win.
