does this have all the all the small screw on pieces for the different calibers??? and can you tell me what brand it is ??.

yes it has four pieces a small screw and looks like a washer
the name on it is laserlyte, made in Arizona

Ok thanks 15K is a little high for me I actually found them online and they are real reasonable for a new one... but I am sure you will get that for it here... I would go 10K with the shipping though or you can hold out on the shipping of the other Item and send them together .. hehehe
