I have this itrip, but recently upgraded ipods. Compatible w/ ipod photo, ipod U2 Special Edition, 4th Generation ipod w/ Click Wheel.
The screen is a little smudged but works just fine.

It plugs into your ipod, and then you find a radio station that is just static. Then you twist the silver wheel until it matches that radio station and press it in. Presto, chango, you can listen to your ipod through your speakers, in a car, in a room, wherever there is a radio. $4 to ship--I get delivery confirmation on all my orders. Unless the bids go over 1000 of course, then its free.
