City Triangles Black & Polka Dot Party Dress

This dress is new and unused with tags. It is size MEDIUM. I bought this in the JUNIOR'S (it may fit a small woman as it does stretch) section of a local store several years ago, but I packed it away and never used it. The black body of the dress is gathered on both sides and the dots are mauve and white. The top polka dot part is elastic to hold it up and there is a strap of material added to the left side to make a bow. There is no inner bra in this dress.

There is a flaw on the little hanger strap on the inside of the dress but does not affect the dress at all. There is a removable plastic hang tag on the left hand side where there was a paper store logo tag-the tag has been removed but not the plactic.
The inside label reads:
100% polyester lining
92% polyester
8% spandex
DRY CLEAN ONLY

15" across the top
12" across the waist
15" across the hips
28" long
