The listing, NEW organic tusk plugs pink/black nautical stars 7/16 has ended.

These are new hollow bone plugs (gauges). The size is 7/16 which is a few mm shy of the 1/2". It's actually a transition size between 00g and 1/2" due to the rather large size difference.
Retail value is $25+

Organics = no stink.

Of course they're recommended because it's easier on the ears to gradually stretch as opposed to just shoving a huge chunk of something through because you risk ripping/tearing or, at the very least, malformed holes. I, personally, don't have the patience for tapers. I just stick the plugs in. ha!

Technically you SHOULD use tapers, but most people don't do everything they're supposed to.
