FIRST OFF THE PHOTOS ARE FROM AMAZON (WHERE I PURCHASED THIS) I ordered a small (for my yorkie) however it's a little too big for him. The photo of the dog is from a happy customer (as a review).

Size is small - Measures 12-inch length
BRAND NEW IN PLASTIC AND ON A HANGER never even took it out of the plastic because i know it's too big for him. They don't accept returns so, my loss is your gain!

I need it to be 15" across chest to back of front legs and 21" around behind front legs to top of back.
