This is a Complete and Unassembled Model kit of Dr. Zaius standing around human Artifacts from the archeological dig.

Guaranteed to be 100% complete, 100% unassembled. 100% mint in box.

This model resembles the Dr. Zaius from the 1968 Planet of the apes movie Starring Charleton Heston(Great Movie!). This is not a 1968, this is a 2000 model.

I bought this as new old stock and unopened(sealed ) along with alot of other models.


When I was a young man, I was an avid modeler.
I wanted to get back into it so I bought a bunch of models and
all the acrudiments for the hobby. But, I now have a muscle desease that gives me tremors, etc...
and cannot paint or glue anymore. I found this out when I tried building a model tank. That was alot of money down the tubes.

Well, before I knew I couldn't build models anymore, I grabbed a couple stacks of vintage new unopened models and
started opening them to take a look inside. I closed them all up and started on my Tank. Thats when I decided to keep this
hobby as a fond memory. and stored these on a storage closet shelf.

I forgot all about these until a few days ago and decided to put them up(1 at a time) here on Listia to give them
a new home for a hobbiest/collector.

This is complete with mint instructions and all parts are in a sealed bag in the box. The only thing opened was the box itself.

The box measures 91/4" x 7" x 31/2"


This Dr. Zaius Model appears to be standing around Human artifacts from the dig on the rocky ground in this model as in the picture.
