The remaining balance is $2.98 (which I called the 888# on the back of the card to verify - and even spoke to a customer service representative to be sure the balance is correct). The plastic on the front of the card is peeling because I've had it in my wallet for a while. We moved and don't have an Express store anywhere nearby. The strip on the back of the card is in good condition, so it will read.
