thank you! honesty I don't know, it fit my chi when he was a puppy, but he is huge around the chest (36 cm) so he grew out of it pretty fast. he weighs 8 pounds now and he can't even get it on, I would recommend this for small puppies. hope that was somewhat helpful!

That was a quick response! :) It kinda helps, I don't have a measuring thing for my dog, but he usually fits in most XS things. I don't usually have a problem with him fitting in things.
