I'm sharing my weight loss success with you. The basis for it is my original recipe for what I call "Magical Steak Veggie Stew." There is nothing inherently "magical" in it - just how it works for me!

The recipe includes three variations for regular Steak, Southwest Chicken, and Southwest Beef. You can also make the stew vegetarian by omitting the meat.

I make a large pot of this and freeze it in containers. A batch lasts me 2-3 weeks.

I use it as my main evening meal on most days. I never get tired of eating it somehow!

No weird ingredients, they are all available at any grocery store. Not expensive, either! I buy my steaks on manager's clearance specials as a rule!
