So cute I am in a pickle here as smalls are to little and mediums are to big. I need a nmedium on the small side that I can hopefully dry on high and shrink a bit. The dog I would want this for is a min pin about 11 or 12 pounds. Could you klet me know if this could work? Ias this a medium on the small side? has it been dried already? Thanks so much for your time. I have so many things for my tiny dog and poor 11 lb boy has no clothes!!! BooHoo.

What are the measurements? I need 21" around right behind front legs and 15" around front across chest to back of front legs.
