I will send it in whatever I have available at that time I most likey wont send it in an envelope because then it may get damaged and then ill have ppl complaining about that and wanting there points back.

it depends what the shipping info says if it says "free shipping" beside the picture of item the seller pays for it and if it says a shipping fee then you do.

if you tape the whistle to a junk baseball card , and tape a card over it. "card sandwich" you can ship with just stamped envelope . it lets the sorting rollers ,roll right over it instead of tearing up the envelope.
