I don't think the GIN price is that bad. I don't understand why people have to complain about it. If you don't like it, don't bid! lol

exactly ty I figured paying less then what it costs in a store plus getting free shipping is a great deal? but some people like to try and get everything for nothing

you dont go by the selling price of the credits as they charge the convenience fee on top of the regular price for those that prefer to just buy their credits rather then keep Listia going as to how it was intended and earn credits by listing auctions. If Listia sold credits for their actual cash to credit ratio then they would shut down and just be like Ebay because no one would have any auctions listed to earn their credits. To buy credits is the same as buying a gallon of milk at the gas station you will pay 5,00 for a gallon of milk that if you would have drove just 1 more mile to the grocery store you could have gotten that same gallon of milk for 3,00 I am hoping that many people read this comment and will take from it what I am meaning for you to take from it, the knowledge about the true cash to credit ratio here on Listia, I am a veteran Listia member with over a year and a half under my belt with a perfect track record and I have spoken with several Listia moderators and yes I do know what the current and previous cash to credit ratio for us listers and buyers is and what Listia sells their rewards store items for as their actual cash prices i.e. an Ipad sells for 400,000 credits which equals to exactly $400.00 with the formula of the ratio I told you about. also every single gift card they list follows that trend also, thank everyone for their time and understanding and also know that yes some items will sell for way more then their actual rated prices as it is economics and the laws of supply and demand!

so your saying $8.88 is to much to ask for a $9.97 cape? apparently you are one of the ones who use what Listia sell their credits for to be what the cash to credit ratio is. sorry it is $1.00 for every 1,000 credits here on Listia has been for over a year now check the rewards store and every single real gift card auction ,

No I was not saying that hun. I have been on listia longer then you and it is up to the general members on what they want to bid for a item and what they think it;s actually worth. Not the seller, but only the bidder!

well I know what the cash to credit ratio is and it is actually the seller who gives the bidder their price that is why they created the gin amount. I dont care how long you have been on Listia I have had several hundred auctions of experience and that is what counts period, I have the experience behind my account and my opinion no matter of time means a thing its exactly how many auctions you have won and sold together for the created experience of how things go on Listia.and like I said the Gin reflects an $8.88 price for the cape the cape retails for $9.97 plus the shipping cost of $5.00 that I am paying so sorry you wont be buying any of my items as I dont deal with cheap skates and ungrateful people who expect something for absolutely nothing!! I bought and paid for these to share with the Listia community and am offering to pay the shipping on this item to your home how dare you tell me my GIN of $8.88 is more then what this auction is worth, well I can tell you that your opinion isnt worth 2 cents, how about that?

Oh one more thing you ask buyers to pay full price for an item you may have purchased at half price. So why is it that sellers think they should get a full price value?
Nov 11th, 2012 at 2:29:55 PM PST by
Original
ok your really idiotic now as $8.88 cents is not full price plus your not even considering the $5.00 for shipping flat rate with delivery confirmation for a total in shipping of $6.35 so the shipping alone is almost the total GIN your ridiculous and if I only paid half price of $5.00 for this cape then guess what? I would still not be making any money wow you really have no freaking clue as to how things work on Listia do you?

oh and another thing Angelscry2- I am a trusted seller with absolutely NO negative feedbacks because I actually treat my bidders and winners with respect and pay way more out of my own pocket then I ever ask of them, you on the other hand wouldnt have that ability to say that now would you?

you may have been on here longer but check out our experience for selling, I apparently have sold more then you!! so I would say that trumps how long you have been on here.
