You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the listed item gets to the winner.

I would like to know HOW we as listians can guarentee delivery of the item once it leaves our hands and goes to the post office.Even if you have a tracking number they still get lost and can't be found.We can't insure that it gets there especially if someone steals it in the mail now can we???? THAT IS JUST PLAIN STUPID FOR YOU TO SAY MODERATOR!!!
