Recipe via email. The most sweet and tender stew I've ever had. :)No takers? Ox tail may seem a bit strange but it is a fabulous meat, you can get it at your local grocery store for the same cost as a fine steak.
My mom adapted this recipe from the classic original that uses chicken broth to marinade the meat and switched it up a bit! I always go home to see her when she tells me this is cooking!
