No, I have never opened it. I do not normally use black mascara. I have hazel green eyes and always use either brown or a plum/purple tinted shade to bring out the green (like Benefit BadLash in Plum or Covergirl Exact Eyelights in Black Ruby - my fave!). I COULD open it to check for you but then someone may think its used when its not. I got the kit online back in February or March, though, if that helps. Its just sat in one of my makeup train cases ever since. I also have a full size that came from the Fantastic Plastic Kit which they no longer sell. I just opened that one now and it is not dried out. I will be selling that one when this auction is over but I'll be able to put in the listing that it has been opened but not used. I hope I helped! :o)
