This phone works great comes with charger and sim card, it is prepaid net 10 but other sims work with it my son had a verizon sim that fit this and used it no problem, the only thing wrong with this is my son forgot his password and we ended up getting him a new phone anyways so he just never messed with figuring the password out, all you need is actually someone good at breaking codes or just another sim card, but this one will come with the clean sim that is in it, i charged the battery up its only dead in the pic because it has been sitting for quite sometime without usage, this battery lasts forever though its a great phone here is the specs on ittouch screen, mobile web, bluetooth® wireless technology, 2.0 megapixel camera and video recorder, ***mp3 player (cable and microsd card not included), app capable (app download requires purchase of additional memory), mms picture messaging, voicemail, call waiting, and caller id, text messaging, lcd color display, hands-free speaker, voice/sound recorder, auto redial, alarm clock, phonebook with up to 1000 entries, includes polyphonic ringtones

well my son found a verizon sim that fit into it because it sais tracfone when you turn it on but the whole thing switched over to verizon when he did that, so i am guessing so but only a guess, if it does not do what you want it to do i will gladly accept it being mailed back and refund your credits no problem =) Hope that helps, Thanks so much for your questions =)

I am willing to bid 1429 credits but for someone reason when I bid it says that I don;t have enough credits even though I do. Can you just send the phone to me and I will find a way to give you the credits.

Sorry hun was not born yesterday, 1) worth more than 1429 credits 2) i will not send someone the phone for nothing and just trust them like that LOL 3) I do not know why your credits will not let you bid you may have bidden on something else and it holds the amount you bid untill someone outbids you, i have alot being held up right now due to that, and 4 good luck in your hunt for a new cell phone there is plenty of them out there, =) thanks for your comments and good luck

yes if you get a straight talk pin or you have someone unlock it or unlock it yourself its not really that hard you google how to unlock an lg 800g and it will show you step by step the whole video, My son put a verizon card in here, as long as the sim fits it seems to work with whatever sim because it never was a contract phone with any 1 company =) i hope that helps you
