The front page feastures a historic event in the United Kindom anouncing the Cansus, Shipping charges depends on the amount of bidding points, If it rresches 5,000 points, shipping will be free via Standard USPS, otherwise the shipping cost will be $10.00 flat fee. I will ship the paper packaged in a way that it will not be folded to maintain the original condition.

Using the shipping guidelines, can you detail the $10 shipping cost? (How much for shipping by what speed, for insurance/delivery confirmation, what part of the cost is handling fees, ect)

Because of the size of the package, it will cost more than $10.00 to ship. The $10.00 flat rate will include Priority Mail, 1-3 days, no insurance included. Thanks!
