Brand new in box , this doll was made when he still was a senator, before he became president the 1st time sings & dances , for the 1st time on listia i won't be able to offer free shipping , sorry but looking at the postal rates it will cost approx 15.45 to ship i do have a paypal account or will accept concealed cash , but will not ship until i receive the shipping costs i hate to be like this but money is tight for me this month he does work i will have to take him out of box to put new batteries in

ok went to the post office the only box he would fit in was 3.59 so 3.50 & whatever your zip is is going to be the shipping costs so between 11.00 & 15.00 & I will ship the cheapest way possible you know I should have just made this a flat rate, I don't like having to charge shipping as it is , I am so sorry I have to but money is just really tight this month sorry guys but he is definitely going to be a collectors item , because this was made when he was a senator & now he's going to serve 2 terms in office so if you want to bid tell me your zip & I'll look it up or you can my zip is 47711 thanks & sorry again

This is on the usps.com website. On the first page, item #4, click "Select a Shape" instead of "Select a Flat Rate Service." You have to enter the size and weight, but the options will include Parcel Post .... which is about half the cost. Check it out!!
