i had it checked and this is what the game is. the sticker is completely peeled off now. but it is still pokemon ruby version

Wait, unless the picture on the left is not a picture you took. When you turn on the game and you are about to get to the new game continue screen. If you get a message saying The game can be played, the save file is fine or something of that sort, then it is fake. If that message doesn't come up, then it's authentic.

the first photo is a stock photo. it is to show what the game is. i did an auction like this before with no label and showed proof and i barely had any trouble. i have more than good intentions and i do not use my membership on this site to list fake things.

best way to set people at ease is to take a picture of the back of it, you can tell a fake with out a label by the back.
