Silver colored with black zipper case and a rechargeable battery pack.or 9v dc adapter.( adapter not included) Has a stand up frame built in. Digital audio, and DVD video.and place for headphones, smooth opening. Used once. REALLY VERY NICE. oh it also has a velcro strap attached to the back of the case that lays flat. I tell you that you wont wanna
miss this baby.

Just for everyone Reference when this says MP3, it doesn't mean it has a built in MP3 Player, what it does mean is when you put in a burned CD full of .Mp3 Format Files, the Player will play them. There's no built in Hardware or software on this that allows video playback or audio playback from .mp4 and .mp3. So in other words you can't load files onto this and play them.

I believe FourChan is correct, no built in or flash card memory for mp3 , mp4 formats, everything plays from a disc. But that's OK, my audiobooks are in both CD audio and CDROM MP3 format. This will play both.
