(To apply this glitter all I use is primer on my lids and lightly patt down as much as one wants on eyes-the glitter is soo fine that it should adhere-preferablly with a flat brush or with your finger-works for me!!)

you could also apply pressed powder before applying the glitter. I actually like to use it over my eyeshadow. F & W
