RADAR LOVE CLEMATIS ~ Clematis tangutica 'Radar Love' . . . . . . . -aka- Lemon Peel Clematis

Hardy in USDA zones 3 - 8 RADAR LOVE is a clematis with nice little yellow flowers. It likes full sun to part shade, grows as a vine 12 - 15 ft. If you sow the seeds directy into a garden bed, sow them IN THE FALL at a depth of 1 inch, spacing them 12" - 15" apart.

Starting the seeds indoors requires stratification, also known as "cold treating" for 2 - 4 weeks before you sow them. Wikipedia has good info explaning stratification » http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stratification_%28botany%29

Patience is required it may take up to 3 seasons before blooms are produced -- but once they do, you're going to be in serious RADAR LOVE ! The saying goes : "First they sleep, then they creep, then they leap." By the third year, most of the time, the plant reaches full maturity and behaves -- and looks like the pictures!
