The listing, The Spirulina Cookbook has ended.

The Spirulina Cookbook, Sonia Beasley, 182 page, 9" X 6" paperback, like new condition. Over 100 delicious and nutritious recipes for rejuvenating the body using Nature's most perfect source of protein, minerals, and vitamins--Spirulina plankton. The cookbook of the future is here now! NOTE: Spirulina is an ingredient in all the recipes, and can be a questionable item according to a newspaper story taped to the inside of the front cover.

Please note: We usually post a postage amount for each auction; you should expect to pay that amount. Please do not ask us for free shipping; if you are going to be upset because we charge shipping, please do not bid. If this sounds "harsh" please read the bad feedbacks posted for me by people who have not listed as many auctions in a year as I have had won in a single day. We love PayPal and accept checks, MOs, USPS stamps, and cash (not recommended).

OK, we Arkies are known for our backwardness, but Spirulina has never been in any of the homes of any of my relative that I know about. I don't know what it is, and I might need to keep this book. Here in Arkansas we know salt, pepper, cinnamon, lard, garlic powder, but Spirulina??? Sounds like something from the spirit world!!!!

It's an algae grown in fresh waters. It is a protein, better than soy or meats! It is also agreat source of antioxidents & vitamins!!! Sounds like something I could use lots of!!!LOL

When you get so smart? Me thinks me will pass; sounds too much like spinach, which is the only "food" known to me that I absolutely cannot eat. Are you sleeping these days; haven't seen much bidding. Maybe the new postings will help that. I see I am up to 69; and not too many are relisted books. Got tons of them over on the floor, but am trying to dig some new books out of the boxes from the auctions. Later.....

I am bid on about 8 or 10 of them & watching many more, love to read!!! Sleeping & feeling a little better! It's an uphill battle though! Thanks for asking. How are you doing? Later, too......

Had a great dinner with fresh, cooked by me, seasoned correctly (like my SOUTHERN grandmother!) turnip greens. So good. Don't know how the Lord goofed creating spinach! And I just remembered, it is not the only food I can't eat. One of the southern favorites is poke or poke salad. (I think there is a proper spelling of "salad", but who cares. The stuff is poison is not cooked right. I wonder if the devil did any creating before the Lord got rid of him????? Back to posting; think a few cookbooks are in line. Have not done any Plastic Canvas or children's books....gad, better get busy: my count is up to 74!
