thank you yes like the HCG low cal plan, but the proper cal and food intake is better planned out for you and taking the Omni 4 with the charge, nite-lite with the drops helps with hunger and most people are not hungery after 3-5 days take extra charge between meals also helps! these products are a 30 - 45 day supply!
