Yes this is indeed a "normal" flash drive. It will fit in standard USB 1 and 2.0 slots. Depending on the design of your computer, you may have difficulty inserting the device. A picture has been provided that demonstrates the best environment for the USB stick; rather, what kind of surface shape it fits best in to. If your USB slots are not flat with flat space surrounding them, as in the picture, then do not get this.
