Sizing: while dog is standing, measure from the front edge of the small pads to the back edge of the large pads(do not include nails).

The easiest way ive found to measure paws is to wet your pups feet with plain water and put a piece of plain printer paper down on the floor, let the doggie step on the paper and measure the print left behind. It also works with brown grocery bags and newspaper. :) you get a true size this way as its the normal weight bearing footprint rather than attempting to measure a paw held up in the air at an odd angle while your dog fights trying to pull his foot away from you. :) hopes this helps.
