im pretty sure its a size seven,made with an extra spring style insert in the band to keep it from spinning on your finger. as far as the year im not sure. this is one of two of the same i have. one was my grandmothers and the other was her sisters. I aquired them both when they passed away,and that was in 1986 .Im going to keep my grandmothers,but thought maybe someone else would appreciate the other.
