i have done a few tests on it and compared it to some pics i found online and i am 99.5 % that it is real, but then again I am no expert ;)

I had two very similar pendants. They were vintage 1980's and real hand carved jade. I would guess this is the same.

Yup that sounds about right, it also is said that Jade gets darker the longer you wear it, that's why its dark
