I am not so sure this person understands how Listia works... there is no paypal involved on this other then shipping.. which the add says is free...there should be no collateral needed if buyer says only 2 channels work then that is what you get.. this just does not sound right.. I think the guy is thinking he is getting money for this Item not credits to use here on listia...
