Sorry for the delay!! Somehow I logged out of Listia on my phone so I wasn't getting notifications! Yes smoke free/pet free home. I just measured it, however I used a fabric tape measure and it would stay put. What I got was 21 inces from bottom to top of the handle. And either 16 or 18 inches from side to side. Hope this helps!
