This is an original Littman 3M cardiology III stethescope, a new littlman will run you about 200 bucks and thats for a plain one but they are top of the line, this one is about 2 years old, i dont need it anymore i bought me a pink one that i use every day, This one is in great shape, it has no sound leaks no cracking or scratches anywhere This is a great scope for the new nursing student to start out with please dont ask me to lower the bid for it, i cannot it is top of the line, any med or nursing student knows this and it is great to use at home with a home blood pressure kit

So the tunable diaphragms and rims are in good working condition? Or will I need to get new ones?

no you shouldnt have to do anything to it i used it up until about 2 weeks ago everyday and it worked perfectly i got a new one because i wanted one of the pink ones
